The 2013 LYS tour is here this weekend!
Along with 23 other Local Yarn Shops (including five new participants) from Bellingham to Kent, we plan to make this year's tour the best ever. Every store will be giving away free exclusive patterns. And this year's tour features stitch marker giveaways, 96 door prizes and even more ways to win gift certificates!
We will be open extended hours over the weekend: 10 to 8 on Thursday and Friday, and 10-6 on Saturday and Sunday.
Passports are available now. Stop by the store, pick one up and start planning your weekend.

A Forest of Gnarled Oaks

Friday: Greenwood-Phinney Art Walk, 6 to 9 p.m. We will be displaying work by Elizabeth Desiree Torbet.

Saturday: Art walk continues noon to 5 p.m.

Needle Felting, 10:30 to 12:30. $35, includes all supplies. Make a small animal figure as you learn the basics of this fun sculptural technique. No experience needed. Contact the store for registration information.

Surface design with felting needles, 12:30 to 2:30. $45 includes all supplies. Embellish a small felted purse with unspun wool and felting needles, creating your own fiber 'painting.' No experience needed. Contact the store for registration information.

Annual Sale Time!

You’re invited to join us April 26 to 28 as we celebrate The Fiber Gallery’s ninth birthday.

As usual, the anniversary sale will be a blowout event. Every yarn in the store will be 20 percent off. We’ll also have a huge selection of discontinued yarns at 40 percent off. Be sure to arrive early to catch the best deals. (Don’t forget, we have plenty of parking in the lot behind the store in addition to street parking.)

Hours for the sale are Friday 11-6, Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5.

The sale is limited to yarn only. No needles or accessories will be discounted. Also, please note that sale purchases do not count toward the regular discount reward program.

It's hard to believe, but the Fiber Gallery is turning nine years old! And as usual, we're celebrating our birthday with a blowout sale event.

Next Friday through Sunday, April 26 to 28, every yarn in the store will be 20 percent off. Even better, we'll have a big selection of discontinued and closeout yarns at 40 percent off. Be sure to stop by early, as the best bargains will disappear fast.

We'll be open our usual hours for the event: Friday 11-6, Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5. Sales are limited to stock on hand, non-yarn items are not on sale and sale merchandise does not count toward our reward program.
